Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Data Engineer for our client a government organisation in Brentwood, Essex. Our client has begun to build their data infrastructure, using the MS Fabric technologies and need to expand and are looking for a data engineer that will work on data transformation and integration projects. This role is a temporary contract initially for 6 months with the possibility to extend. Hybrid working preferred, with onsite for projects. Remote available.
Personal Requirements
An experienced data engineer with python developer skills who will re-engineer current dated scripts and processes and move these into a MS Fabric Environment to transformed, store and exported ready for ingestion into target business applications.
Skills with python for integrations.
Knowledge of database and data manipulation techniques to move data around.
Working Hours 37hrs / 9:00am - 17:00pm / Monday - Friday
Pay £29.57 per hour
Additional Information Please note this role is within the scope of IR35.
