*What You’ll Do:*
* *Assess, diagnose, and treat* patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
* *Develop and implement* individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing function.
* *Work with patients requiring trach and vent support* to enhance speech and swallowing abilities.
* *Collaborate* with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
* *Educate and guide* patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
* *Maintain accurate documentation* to ensure compliance with industry standards.
*What You’ll Need:*
✔ *Active SLP License in Oklahoma*
✔ *Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program*
✔ *Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills*
✔ *Experience with Trachs and Vents a Plus*
✔ *Passion for Helping Patients Improve Communication & Quality of Life*
