Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to handle end-to-end order processing, customer communication, and shipment coordination.
This role manages orders, prepares shipping documents, verifies pricing and delivery terms, monitors open orders and inventory, works with warehouses and freight forwarders, and maintains accurate customer records
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or logistics, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and understands basic shipping and freight documentation.
