Requirements:
- Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma - Strong grasp of layout, composition, typography, and colour theory - Portfolio demonstrating digital ad design, social media graphics, and conversion-focused creatives - Excellent organization and file management habits - Ability to manage feedback and creative iteration in a fast-paced environment
