What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Cultivate and develop a pipeline of target candidates for recruiting and acquisitions - Provide training and support for a smooth onboarding experience for new hires - Develop and implement an annual recruiting plan aligned with organizational objectives - Establish and achieve sales recruitment goals and activities for the organization - Conduct competitor analysis to monitor recruiting activities and tools within the industry
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the promotional products industry and sales management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and email marketing campaigns - Proven ability to prospect candidates through various channels, including social media and in-person meetings - Strong competency in interpreting financial statements and basic business structures such as P&L and Income Statements - Ability to travel up to 30% annually
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in leading meetings both in-person and virtually - Demonstrated ability to motivate and successfully recruit new sales talent - Familiarity with Salesforce database management and deal management processes - Organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with effective leadership and time management skills
