We’re currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing teams in North Carolina. What We Offer:

* Competitive Salary:
$100,000 per year
* Manageable Caseload:
4–6 clients
* Flexible Schedule:
40 hours per week — build your day around what works best for you
* Balanced Workload:

16 hours/week in clinic for supervision, staff support, and client sessions
24 hours/week for assessments and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
* Monitor client progress and update programs as needed
* Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning and education
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with funding and ethical guidelines


Qualifications:

* Current certification as aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

* Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
* NC Licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
* Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
* Passion for improving the lives of children through evidence-based care
