Vacancy

Who you are

  • Extensive SAP Expertise: At least 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO), ideally in complex environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP ERP systems, including S/4HANA, and familiarity with ABAP for functional debugging or customizations.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing or contributing to large-scale SAP projects, with a strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Public Sector Familiarity: Experience working with SAP solutions tailored to public administration or academic institutions is a significant asset.
  • Strong Communication & Analytical Abilities: Capable of translating business needs into technical solutions and communicating clearly with both IT and finance stakeholders.

Your tasks

  • Leading the SAP Finance System: Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our SAP platform, particularly in the areas of general and analytical accounting (FI/CO modules).
  • Providing Strategic Advice and Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to financial teams across the university, offering functional expertise, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • Driving Innovation: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to implement the SAP roadmap, including updates, enhancements, and transitions—particularly toward S/4HANA.
  • Participating in Projects: Lead or support various digital transformation and ERP-related projects, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and compliance with public sector regulations.
