- Praktische Erfahrung als IT-Supporter mit Begeisterung für direkten Kundenkontakt
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Microsoft Windows
- Führerschein Kategorie B
Your tasks
- Betreuung von KMU und Privatkunden im Bereich IT
- Durchführung von Installationen, Migrationen, Administration und Support der IT-Infrastrukturen
- Unterstützung des Teams im 1st & 2nd Level Support
- Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PC-Arbeitsplätzen
