The company is a very attractive company specialized in databases and open source projects. Due to their great activity, they are looking for a Microsoft BI Specialist to complete their team. This is a permanent position based in Zurich, Basel or Lausanne in Switzerland.

Vacancy
Who you are
- Fluent English (C1, fluent) AND German or French (B2 minimum)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Min 5 years of experience in a similar role with Microsoft BI tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, Excel...
- Knowledge of Data Modeling and Analysis
- Customer oriented, you are serious, communicative, patient, you know how to advise and guide customers
- You are highly motivated to join a dynamic environment, and expert teams in this field
Your tasks
- As a Microsoft BI Specialist, you will support the company's customers (watch, pharmaceutical or financial sector) from the company's offices in different project phases
- Support of environments and infrastructures of MS BI components
- Installation and configuration of on-prem & Azure BI services
- Maintenance of Microsoft BI services and components
- Performance tuning
- PowerShell development, SSIS package, Report Power BI and T-SQL
- Data warehouse modeling
- Data extraction
- BI reporting
- Integration in the DevOps world (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery process)
- Working with Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Data Modeling, SQL Azure, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) & Data Warehousing...
