Servicedesk-Support für Mitarbeitende

Bereitstellung von Endgeräten

Erarbeitung von Lösungen für Client-Infrastruktur

Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten

Übernahme des Pikettdienstes gemäss Einsatzplan

Problemlösungseinsatz bei Bedarf in Filialen vor Ort

Your profile

Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1, fliessend)

Erfahrung im IT Support

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in dem Microsoft Umfeld

Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich sind von Vorteil
