Recruiter/Consultant (German speaker)

About the company

You will form part of the Talent Agent team, responsible to manage end-to-end recruitment process for our clients from finding the right candidate to negotiating the contracts. You will work closely with one the Team Leads working on the Swiss market, while collaborating with the rest of the team.

Your tasks

You will be involved in the recruitment processes of the IT & Digital Marketing positions on mainly the Swiss scope

Acting as a Project Manager to managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients

Support our candidates throughout their recruitment processes

Train our candidates to outshine in their interviews

Support all other TieTalent departments

Be the voice of TieTalent

Your profile

Excellent communication skills & overall soft skills

You are not scared to speak on the phone

You love working in a fast-paced and quick to change environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology or relevant

You are hungry for challenges

You are fluent in ENGLISH (fluent/C1+) and GERMAN (native/mother tongue)

You are a true warrior, belief in our mission, and ready to change the hiring industry

STRONG PLUSES: Ability to speak in Swiss German or French
