The company is a very cool Swiss company specialized in the luxury industry. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Vaud Area, Switzerland. The salary range for this position is CHF90-110K/year (depending on the experience).

Who you are
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a social media manager, ideally within the luxury sector
- Fluent written and spoken English skills are required, with proficiency in French being highly valued
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a Digital Learning role, with knowledge of blended learning and learner experience methodologies
- Good understanding of the premium or luxury segment
- A customer and retail-oriented mindset
Your tasks
- Managing relationships with service providers, negotiating terms, organizing workshops, and implementing improvements and upgrades
- Acting as super key user for platform administration, overseeing access administration for learners, local trainers, and other users
- Developing blended learning strategies that prioritize learner experience
- Managing international upgrades and changes to the platform
- Providing training, mentorship, and support to local key users
- Monitoring and reporting on innovative approaches, tools, and trends in blended, digital, and global learning
