They created a job offer for a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer/Head of Growth to integrate into their teams in Geneva, Switzerland location. The salary range for this position is CHF110-150K/ year. (depending on the years of experience)

    Who you are

    • Professional experience: 8+ years of professional experience (min 3+ years in online marketing and 3+ years in sales)
    • Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent/native) AND French (C1+, fluent/native)
    • Ideally previous direct management experience
    • Someone very dynamic, service oriented and bold
    • Someone highly analytical and good with numbers
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good CRM experience
    • Tech enthusiast
    • Strong plus: previous experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS

    Your tasks

    • Working alongside the whole Sales & Marketing team (approx. 16 people), providing them with mentorship when needed
    • Developing strategic plans to grow our consumer base with both end-users
    • Helping them expand geographically and further develop their service offering
    • You will provide the insights to the teams and an analytical approach to define priority of the projects
    • Continue developing their strategic growth strategies and increasing number of their users and partners
    • Work with the top management/C levels across the whole company for strategic decisions
    • Evaluating competitor analysis and identifying new business opportunities
