Senior UX/UI Designer

About the company

Our hiring company is a booming startup active within the fintech industry. They created a job offer for a UX/UI Designer to integrate into their teams in Geneva or remote within Switzerland.

Your tasks

Work with the product team to design user experience and user interface for clients

Create designs and guidelines for developers

You will be producing various solutions using user flow, interfaces, graphic designs (using design mockups and graphical designs) and storyboards

You will analyze user feedback and activity in order to enhance the user experience

Your profile

Min 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design

Strong experience with mobile and web UI design skills

Fluent in English (C1) and also speak some French (min B1+ level)

Previous experience with Figma is a must

Ideally previous knowledge of Atlassian tools

Someone who is naturally data driver and has a strong eye for creativity

STRONG PLUS (almost a must): previous experience in fintech company, SaaS company, e-commerce project
