Your tasks

Betreuung und Unterstützung von ICT-Applikationen

Problemlösung durch Übernahme des 2nd Level Supports

Beratung, Unterstützung und Schulung von internen und externen Applikationsanwendern

Weiterentwicklung der ICT-Applikationen

Your profile

Grundausbildung (bevorzugt Informatik, Mediamatik) und/ oder Weiterbildung (FH/HF/Uni) im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder ähnliche Ausbildung

3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Service und Client Support

Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (fliessend, C1+), Englisch (verhandlungssicher, B2), Französisch oder Italienisch (B1+) ist von Vorteil

Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
