Who you are
- Min 4+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (min 1+ years working with it)
- Fluent in English (C1) but STRONG PLUS if you also speak French
- Good experience with developing APIs
- Good usage of Git, Scrum flow
- Strong pluses: PostgreSQL, CI/CD, APIs, financial background/experience
Your tasks
- Work directly with the Ruby Tech Lead and the CTO
- Development on Rails applications for the future features as well as improvement of the current ones
- Designing the architecture of the IT system
- Writing qualitative and clean code
- Taking part in strategic company discussions
- Coordinating closely with the rest of the departments in understanding the needs, challenges, new needed features, etc.
