Who you are
- Professional experience: min 2+ years of experience in frontend development (min 2-3 years with React)
- Language skills: you speak English (C1+, fluent) and ideally (VERY strong plus) French
- Strong experience with JavaScript
- Good experience with developing APIs and ideally PostgreSQL
- Good usage of Git, Scrum flow
- Strong pluses: previous experience with React Native and/or TypeScript
Your tasks
- Work mainly with the CTO and collaborate very closely with the Backend Tech Lead
- Deliver the guideline to the development team and provide task estimations
- Define goals for the team memebers and follow their progress
- Assist in the development (40-50% hands-on coding, the rest is more project management) of the future features as well as improvement of the current ones
- Take part in strategic company discussions and managing a team of frontend developers
- Coordinating closely with the rest of the departments in understanding the needs, challenges, new needed features, etc.
