Vacancy
Who you are
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science or a comparable degree and/or have several years of experience as a software developer (m/f/x)
Your tasks
- You are co-responsible for the implementation of a loosely coupled, distributed, asynchronous microservice landscape (Java/Spring ecosystem) and support quality assurance through unit testing
- You work on diverse and complex products that focus on digitalization and automation
- You are part of an agile team (Scrum) and contribute to the design of our agile processes
- You accompany the deployment and running of your co-developed components and work on an effective, comprehensive monitoring. In addition, you design and develop concepts for innovative software landscapes with colleagues and evaluate new technologies
- You develop and operate as desired true to the Dev-Ops idea our AWS infrastructure according to the Infrastructure-as-Code approach together with the other teams. In doing so, you help to optimize highly loaded systems in terms of their scalability, performance, and reliability
Nice-to-have skills
- You are experienced in backend development with Java and ideally have comprehensive knowledge of the Spring ecosystem. Ideally, you are also familiar with the AWS Cloud portfolio
- You bring knowledge in the latest frontend technologies, especially Angular
- You have experience in containerization with Docker and ideally container orchestration with tools like Kubernetes
- You have hands-on experience with build and deployment management systems (Gradle, Maven) and may have worked with CI/CD environments in a microservices environment
- You have a very good knowledge of written and spoken English
