Vacancy

Who you are

  • Education in IT
  • Understanding of Web-related technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML, etc.) and IP networking
  • Experience in Software & Hardware installation/configuration and support
  • Excellent written English
  • Experience writing technical material in English is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with data gathering and investigation platforms is a plus
  • Experience working as a developer and/or in a technical support/services, or systems engineering role is a plus

Your tasks

  • Answer support tickets, diagnosis, troubleshooting for large range of digital signage products
  • Contribute to product documentation and training material in English
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support to prestigious and international customers on highly innovative system integration projects
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, product managers, and salespeople to improve the product's vision
