Junior Service Desk Lvl 2

About the company

The hiring company is a Swiss start-up in FinTech, a fast-growing neobank with a very nice business. Due to their activity, they are looking for a Service Desk Lvl 2 to join their team based in Geneva, Switzerland. The salary range for this position is CHK75-100K/year (depending on skills of the candidates).

Your tasks

  • You will manage Office 365 full solutions (Licencing, Security/Compliance, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams)
  • Manage and optimize workstations deployment, maintenance with Intune enrollment
  • Manage VOIP solution and device configuration
  • Manage On-premise network components (Switch/Firewall/AccessPoint)
  • Provide End-User support
  • Your profile

  • You have EU working permit
  • 2+ years experience in Service Desk Lvl 2
  • Fluent in French and good understanding of English (Oral and written)
  • You are curious and programatically
