Vacancy
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in engineering and administration of large UNIX environments (AIX 7)
- Effective TCP/IP / AIX / Unix networking skills
- Extensive "hands-on" infrastructure technology experience with focus on Systems Engineering, problem determination and resolution on Power7/8 hardware
- A strong understanding of application development techniques and experience developing web-based applications in a modern development language (i.e. Java, .NET, Python, etc.)
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
Your tasks
- You will deploy, management the performance and maintenance of AIX based systems with an emphasis on quality of design that is efficient, usable, maintainable, and extensible
- Be in charge of the installation, configuration, and administration, of IBM WebSphere or Open Liberty (and related) middleware products
- Support for business application life cycle including packaging, deployment and support for various test and production environments
