Who you are
- HES, ETH or equivalent degree
- Fluency in French and a good understanding in English
- Knowledge and/or experience and in CISCO tools (CUCM, Jabber, WebEx Meetings)
- Experience in deployment and administration of new solutions
- Experience managing IT infrastructure with Windows server
- Confirmed skills on End User tools
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the implementation and management of the collaboration tools
- Participate in the strategy definition and technical design
- Taking into account the needs of the customers, understanding the needs, thinking about solutions and improvements/new features
- Deploy new solutions with VMWare
- Administrate systems with Linux, Windows server
- Give support Level 2 and 3 to users for incidents and requests improvement
