The hiring company is a very attractive company in Switzerland, an international organization in industrial manufacturing. The company is now at a decisive moment in its business. In order to streamline all processes on a global basis, they want to implement an ERP system. For this reason, they are looking for an ERP Program Manager to join their team based in Lausanne area. This is a permanent position and the salary range is CHF150-220K depending on skills and experience.

Who you are
- You are fluent in French and English
- It is necessary to have already successfully undertaken at least two large, complex, full-lifecyle ERP implementations AND in the areas of Supply Chain or Manufacturing
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related
- PMI Project management, DevOps methodologies certifications required are a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills. Commitment to excellence and high standards
- You have at least 10 years of experience
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the successful global delivery and organizational integration of the company's ERP program and system solution. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Abacus, they are open about the choice of ERP. This implementation is large, complex and full life cycle
- In collaboration with supply chain and manufacturing, finance, sales and marketing, and field managers, be responsible for the implementation of standardized global business processes across the organization and ensure their maintenance
- Collaborate with current IT and business leaders to manage domain-specific workflows and to establish and maintain an integrated approach that ensures all functional areas work together seamlessly
- Take a coordinated approach to ERP-related business process changes and technical system integration across all related ERP domains to ensure the integrity of the overall design. Collaborate with the application group on integration with other solutions and data architecture
- Ensure effective ownership and execution of an agile based system development life cycle methodology
- Works with manufacturing operations - supply chain, IT, sales/marketing and finance to develop standard global business processes
- Work with each country to ensure systems adoption, ensure business process redesign and standardisation, help build capacity across the organisation
- Work with the central team, IT, business management and implementation vendors to create a comprehensive ERP deployment and implementation strategy and plan for the countries.
- Ensure that change management is effectively planned and managed and that stakeholder engagement, communication and all necessary levels of training are effectively executed
- Ensure that all project managers involved in the programme effectively manage the day-to-day ERP project
- Coach, mentor and influence members of the technical and business teams
