Who you are
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Employee Central Projekten und Schnittstellen zu anderen SAP SuccessFactors Modulen
- idealerweise EC Zertifikat
- Erfahrung mit anderen SAP SuccessFactors Modulen der Software-Suite (z.B. Goals & Performance, Recruiting, LMS)
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Digitalisierung von transaktionalen / administrativen HR-Prozessen
- Offenheit für Weiterentwicklung und Lernen
Your tasks
- Beratung und Begleitung von Kunden im Rahmen von Implementierungsprojekten ganzheitlicher Transformationsprozesse im HR-IT-Bereich
- Employee Central Implementierungen (von Architektur bis Go Live)
- Unterstützung, Anleitung und Begleitung von Kollegen in der Projektarbeit
