Offre de Stage : Analyste Sales Force Effectivness

Durée :  6 mois ou 1 an (Septembre 25 ou Janvier 26)

Description du Poste :  Jazz Pharmaceuticals France recherche un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre son département Sales Force Effectivness (SFE) . Sous la responsabilité du directeur adjoint SFE, vous assisterez les différentes aires thérapeutiques (Neurosciences, Oncologie) en collaborant avec d’autres interlocuteurs en interne (équipes commerciales, médicales…) pour mener à bien les activités suivantes :

• Réalisation d'analyses ad-hoc selon les besoins des équipes business (tendances marchés, performance des produits, ad hoc)
• Déployer, mettre à jour et optimiser les tableaux de bord mensuels de performance opérationnelle sur Excel et PowerBi (couverture, fréquence …).
• Support dans la maintenance du CRM Veeva (mise à jour du mapping, gestion des accès etc…)
• Participation à la mise à jour des données de segmentation et qualification de cibles de professionnels de santé

Profil Recherché:

Formation:  

• Bac +5 écolesd’ingénieur ou école de commerce (ou équivalent)

Compétences: 

• Rigueur, autonomie, bon relationnel.
• Une bonne maîtrise du pack Office (aisance sur les fonctionnalités avancées d’Excel : graphes, fonctions, tableaux croisés dynamiques, …), et de Power BI 
• Sens de l’analyse et esprit critique. 
• Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, oral et écrit. 
• Proactivité, organisation et esprit d’équipe. 
• Une bonne connaissance de l’industrie pharmaceutique et de l’environnement de la santé serait un plus

Internship Offer: Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst

Duration:  6 months to 1 year (from September 2025 or January 2026)

Job Description:  Jazz Pharmaceuticals France is looking for an intern to join its Sales Force Effectiveness Department (SFE) . Under the supervision of the SFE Associate Director, you will assist the different therapeutical areas (Neurosciences, Oncology) and collaborate with the team to carry out the following activities:

• Ad hoc analyses based on business needs (market dynamic, product performance, ad hoc)
• Deploy, update and optimize monthly performance dashboard using excel or PowerBI (coverage, frequency…)
• Support the team in Veeva CRM maintenance (mapping update, access rights…)
• Participate to health care professionals segmentation and qualification data update

Profile Sought:

Education:  

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering/Business School or equivalent

Skills:  

• Rigor, autonomy, good interpersonal skills..
• Excellent writing and communication skills in French. 
• Proficiency in pack office software (advances excel and Power BI). 
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. 
• Good English skills. 
• Proactivity, excellent organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
