This is not a feature factory role. You will build *core backend systems* running in production, with real traffic, real data and real constraints.
What you will work on
You will design and run backend systems that power Noota’s AI and HR workflows.
* Design and build high throughput Python APIs with FastAPI
* Own services that run critical AI and recruiting workflows
* Design microservices and async pipelines (events, Pub/Sub)
* Work on data intensive systems (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis)
* Build cloud native infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
* Improve reliability, observability and performance at scale
* Make architecture decisions with long term impact
* Gradually take ownership as a Tech Lead
