Als gz-psycholoog in Ter Apel werk je in een unieke omgeving waar je de ruimte krijgt om met aandacht en diepgang te behandelen. Je hebt een grote mate van autonomie en werkt samen met een hecht team van professionals om het welzijn van gedetineerden te verbeteren. Dit is jouw kans om echt impact te maken binnen een dynamische en betekenisvolle werkomgeving.
Wat ga je doen:- Uitvoeren van intakes en diagnostiek om zelfstandig passende behandeltrajecten te bepalen.
- Indiceren van behandelingen en, waar nodig, doorverwijzen in het belang van de zorg.
- Adviseren van collega’s en bijdragen aan het zorgbeleid en de bejegening van gedetineerden.
- Actief bijdragen aan het leefklimaat, het behandelaanbod en de ontwikkeling van beleid.
- Signaleren van knelpunten en deze op een professionele en constructieve manier onder de aandacht brengen.
- Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.691 en € 6.907 bij een 36-urige werkweek (schaal 12).
- Individueel Keuzebudget van 16,5% van je bruto jaarsalaris voor extra inkomen of vrije tijd.
- Je kiest zelf je contractomvang tussen 18 en 36 uur per week.
- Tijdelijk contract van 1 jaar met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Volledige vergoeding van je ov-reiskosten woon-werkverkeer.
- Goede pensioenregeling via het ABP.
- Gedeeltelijk betaald ouderschapsverlof.

We zoeken een betrokken GZ-psycholoog met affiniteit of kennis van de forensische psychologie en verslavingsproblematiek. Verder ben je BIG geregistreerd als GZ-Psycholoog.

Omdat gedetineerden na hun detentie terugkeren naar hun land van herkomst, is er geen vervolgzorg in Nederland mogelijk. Dit geeft jou de ruimte om tijdens de detentieperiode zorgvuldig en effectief te behandelen. De korte lijnen en warme werksfeer zorgen ervoor dat collega’s elkaar goed kennen en ondersteunen wanneer dat nodig is.
Het team
Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team van verpleegkundigen, huisartsen, zorgadministratie, psychologen en psychiaters. Samenwerken staat hier centraal, met een laagdrempelige afstemming en een gedeelde toewijding aan het welzijn van de gedetineerden. Het team biedt een combinatie van expertise en collegialiteit, waardoor er volop ruimte is voor professionele groei en het delen van kennis. Deze samenwerking maakt het werk niet alleen effectief, maar ook bijzonder waardevol.
