Boeing is seeking to hire Lead, Senior or Experienced Electronic Systems Design, Integration, Analysis, and Test Engineers for current and emerging programs across the St. You'll own or lead design and test aircraft electronic/electrical systems used on fighters, trainers, unmanned systems and weapon systems. You will translate customer requirements into architectures, define verification strategies, and help solve real-world integration problems from lab to flight. This position spans the technology development life cycle, including requirements generation, system design and implementation, integration, and test. Lead requirements decomposition and traceability from customer need to testable design. Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements according to contract requirements and customer feedback Design hardware, software, and interface specifications Develop statement-of-work and technical performance specifications Analyze, translate, and implement customer requirements into system architecture, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle Troubleshoot integration and sustainment anomalies across hardware/software life cycles. Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements and for potential application to internal business strategies Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integrity and compliance with requirements Coordinate suppliers, test labs, and cross-discipline engineering to deliver on schedule and cost. Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements and technical standards The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates. Some programs may require domestic and/or international travel. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement Currently reside in OR willing to relocate to the St. Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience Experience within a design/build or test team Experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes Experience with electronic/electrical system design or test plan development and execution based on requirements Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .
