When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures./ph3Essential Functions:/h3p1. Management/pulliWork effectively with store management and store crews/liliSupervise the stores crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities/liliEffectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews/li/ulp2. Customer Service/pulliAssist customers with their questions, problems and complaints/liliPromote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank)/liliHandle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers/liliProvide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching (E.g., myImpact coaching; myCustomer feedback; personal observations)/liliMaintain customer/patient confidentiality/li/ulp3. Merchandise/Presentation/pulliPrice merchandise/liliStock shelves/liliSupport the planning, execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise/liliSupport the planning, execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliDeductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills./liliAdvanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills/liliAbility to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience as a retail supervisor/li/ulh3Education/h3pHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required./ph3Anticipated Weekly Hours/h3p40/ph3Time Type/h3pFull time/ph3Pay Range/h3pThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$16.50 - $24.00/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
