We have expanded our brand and services throughout Bakersfield and into Fresno, Clovis, Chino, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula, and Los Angeles. Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care 8 years in a row in Bakersfield, CA. We are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners in Bakersfield, CA.
Physician Assistant Requirements | Qualifications: Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies CA Medical License that is active and in good standing DEA Certificate Physician Assistant Responsibilities: Urgent Care Medicine practices twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break. Full-time is 12 shifts per month, plus 2 on-call shifts. Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting. Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair. Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders. Easy-to-use EMR with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute
