Identifies and understands, as well as acquires, merges, and transforms data from a centralized data warehouse. Translates data needs of the business to structure and provide recurring data extracts or develop custom solutions for a strategic problem. Develops and documents ongoing maintenance of a data governance operation. Develops effective auditing and validation processes between source systems and the centralized data warehouse to ensure accurate and timely availability of data. Develops, tests, and delivers reports and extracts from the centralized data warehouse using appropriate BI tools. Integrates data from multiple sources (e.g. public datasets, Excel reports, data warehouse). Works with cross‑functional, agile teams to build and deliver solutions. Skills and Experience
BI tools (Tableau or Power BI), Basic understanding of statistics, Attention to detail, Critical thinking, Ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, Translation of complex technical concepts, Agile work process, Continuous learner, Microsoft Suite, Data warehousing concepts. Requirements
SQL and data analysis. Minimum years of experience: Bachelor’s in Math, Business or Information Systems and 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, preferably in a healthcare setting (required) or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
EPIC Clarity Certification, including at least one data model (required). EPIC Cogito Certification (required). Microsoft Databricks Certification (preferred). Tableau Certification (preferred).
