Inside Sales Representative & Customer Service
Location: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Join a Growing Team
Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This newly created position offers an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts, and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support Process customer orders accurately from entry through fulfillment and delivery Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up Support inside sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate customer, order, and account information within company systems Assist with general sales support and administrative functions Collaborate with team members to ensure accounts are aligned and serviced effectively Required Experience:
35 years of customer service, account management, or inside sales experience Experience in food & beverage, distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or a similar industry preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and capable of working independently Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively engaging with customers Proficiency with CRM platforms, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Key Skills:
