The Role: Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Maintain site records, progress reports and health & safety documentation.
Work closely with senior management and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
The Person: Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
Relevant construction-related qualification preferred.
