Job Title Senior Network Engineer
About your role As a Network Engineer, you will be deeply involved in all aspects of engineering and operating our networks. We provide the rails for all of our product platforms, as well as assist our internal solutions teams working directly with external customers to ensure their success with Fiserv.
What you’ll do
Design and implement tomorrow's networking infrastructure.
Support our current infrastructure, making sure it is performing well, resilient, and instrumented.
Troubleshoot issues with infrastructure and development teams.
Investigate issues with client integrations, and develop industry-standard solutions.
Exhibit strong communication skills.
Experience you’ll need to have
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Senior-level experience with Cisco routing and switching.
Strong grasp of Palo Alto firewalls, or equivalent.
Instrumentation of networking devices.
Strong experience with Silverpeak SDWAN, or equivalent.
How you’ll work
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
