CDL A Driver - Touch Freight - $30 Per Hour - Bloomfield, CT About the PositionWe are currently seeking a CDL A Driver for a local position in Bloomfield, CT. This role offers a pay rate of $30 per hour with overtime available after 40 hours. The driver will primarily handle touch freight and will be responsible for delivering consumer and retail goods to stores.
Pay & Schedule- Pay Rate: $30 per hour
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday
- Start Time: 3 AM
- Typical Hours: 8-12 hours per day
- Deliver goods to stores, swapping trailers at the back of the building
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of freight
- Maintain a clean motor vehicle record
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- CDL A License required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
