Ihr Profil
Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (z. B. Regionalverkaufsleitung) im Schweizer Detailhandel
Ausgeprägte operative Erfahrung im stationären Verkauf mit hoher Kundennähe
Dynamische, flexible und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Bereitschaft, die 10 Standorte regelmässig in der Deutsch- und Westschweiz zu besuchen
Starke Affinität zu Premiumprodukten, idealerweise im Food-, Confiserie- oder Hospitality-Umfeld
Sicher im Umgang mit KPIs und betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerungsinstrumenten
Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
