Sales Representative - Customer Engagement Are you competitive, people-oriented, and ready to grow? Join our team as a Sales Representative engaging new energy customers. You’ll engage directly with customers, learn the foundations of relationship-driven sales, and contribute to a high-energy environment focused on growth and opportunity. What You’ll Do: Engage with customers in person to understand their energy management needs and recommend tailored solutions
Build rapport and deliver a personalized, consultative sales experience
Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer questions
Support team goals through consistent follow-up and outreach
Assist in creating positive customer experiences that drive loyalty and referrals
