Wat ga jij doen?
Je realiseert verbeterprojecten volgens ISO 13485 en MDR en analyseert kwaliteitsdata, klantfeedback en audits om verbeterkansen te signaleren. Je neemt eigenaarschap, verbindt disciplines en stuurt projectteams aan.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van nieuwe producten en productverbeteringen én voor het beoordelen en valideren van materialen en productiemethoden, samen met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
Jij kunt terugverwachten?
- Een startsalaris vanaf €4.000,- tot €5.500,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van ervaring;
- Direct een contract bij NEA International;

Wie zoeken wij?
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of medische richting;
- Ervaring met productontwikkeling, implementatie en optimalisatie;
- Aantoonbare ervaring met projectmatig werken en het aansturen van teams;
- Ervaring met Lean, Six Sigma en/of FMEA is een pré;
- Kennis van MDR en ISO 13485 is een pré;
- Communicatief vaardig en in staat om effectief samen te werken met diverse stakeholders;
- Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en sterk in documentatie en compliance.
