What You’ll Do
Build relationships with business owners, founders, operators, and other decision-makers Engage in networking groups and communities provided by VirtueStaff Follow up consistently with cold leads supplied by the company Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, introductions, and networking Book meetings, run discovery conversations, and move prospects through the sales process Develop referral relationships and strategic partnerships Identify new networking groups, communities, and relationship channels worth pursuing Find creative ways to generate new leads and open new doors Track outreach, follow-up, and pipeline activity inside the CRM Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, improve outreach, and help drive growth
