Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for sales activities in Germany (South or North). Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the assigned territory. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote brand awareness and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise sales strategies and support product development initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Preferred Experience: 10+ years of experience in the industry/similar role. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the telecom industry or related sectors. Strong understanding of network principles and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (minimum 3 days per week). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
