Job Description We are a well-established marine hardware company with over 30 years of experience specializing in high-quality mechanical marine hardware and gas springs. We are currently seeking a motivated, entry-level candidate who is interested in building a long-term career in a shore-based marine operations role.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a basic mechanical aptitude or interest in marine equipment who is eager to learn and grow within the company. We provide hands‑on training to help you develop the technical knowledge needed to succeed.
Start at $50,000/year with strong growth potential; your compensation increases as you perform and advance within the company.
What You’ll Do
Assist with day‑to‑day operations of the business
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Support order processing and walk‑in sales
Learn product details and provide basic technical support (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills in English
Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in marine equipment (no advanced experience required)
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Reliable, organized, and customer‑focused
Growth Opportunity As you gain experience and product knowledge, you will take on increased responsibility, including handling technical inquiries and playing a key role in daily operations. This position offers a clear path for advancement within the company.
Schedule Full‑time, Monday through Friday
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location Fort Lauderdale, FL (on‑site)
