Remote and full-time, the Project Design Manager I will manage the translation of complex clinical research protocols into DDC and eCOA system requirements while collaborating with internal teams and conducting customer meetings to ensure project alignment. Key responsibilities
Review client protocols and project documentation to assess build scope and communicate with internal teams Define system requirements based on protocols and regulatory guidelines, and oversee eCOA builds Lead internal and customer-facing meetings regarding study build projects and manage client UAT processes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in clinical trial design or equivalent work experience Proficient knowledge of clinical research, regulations, and protocol design Ability to work independently after brief technical training Experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel Strong organizational skills and ability to learn complex applications quickly
