As an AI Security Analyst on our team, you will establish security requirements and assessment procedures to evaluate AI systems. You will help drive requirements to ensure AI is properly developed, tested, and deployed with the necessary safeguards. You’ll monitor AI assets and identify security gaps through the eyes of an adversary. In this role, you will collaborate with key cybersecurity stakeholders and leadership to enable deployments of secure AI capabilities.

You Have:
11+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or data science
5+ years of experience developing or testing AI systems
Ability to establish testing frameworks for manual or automated evaluation of AI systems
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with AI testing tools or platforms
Knowledge of the ML or AI data pipeline and how models are trained
Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework 800‑53 security controls
Ability to present briefings to senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or IT
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Compensation We provide health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible.
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
