Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in developing and deploying production-grade ML systems, with expertise in deep learning and NLP Proven track record of building NLP and LLM-powered products, including knowledge of RAG architectures 2+ years of Python experience focused on modular library design and scalable system architecture Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field or a strong portfolio of peer-reviewed research publications Hands-on experience with the full ML lifecycle, including cloud-native deployment and model fine-tuning
