By building and maintaining Hetzner's data sources, you will help your colleagues make well-informed decisions. At the same time, you will develop data-driven concepts and prototypes for processes and systems, particularly in the areas of data processing, information retrieval, and machine learning.
Your primary task will be to make complex processes understandable to colleagues, and to optimize processes by preparing and analyzing data. To achieve these goals, you will help improve workflows using ML models and work closely with other development teams to implement new approaches in a targeted manner.
Your core competencies should lie in technical expertise, data preparation, analytical thinking and clear communication. Using your skills, you support others in making strategic decisions, advise specialist departments, and develop innovative solutions for the entire organization.
Your responsibilities:
Develop concepts for data collection in complex processes
Write scripts for data aggregation and analysis
Analyze and optimize workflows
Prepare baseline data for the testing and training of ML applications
What impresses us:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
Strong interest in data analysis and practical experience in having successfully delivered projects
Good understanding of underlying business processes
Analytical mindset and strong ability to clearly communicate complex topics
Creative problem-solving skills
Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
