Turn Data Into Insights That Drive Outcomes
At Vanguard, we put investors first—and that means using data to make better decisions and deliver better outcomes. As part of the Technology Leadership Program in the Data Analyst track, you’ll transform data into insights that inform business strategy, improve operations, and enhance client experiences. Your work will focus on solving meaningful business problems by analyzing data, identifying trends, and communicating insights that drive action. Through real‑world assignments and collaboration with business and technology partners, you’ll gain exposure to how data enables Vanguard to serve clients more effectively.
Are you a self‑starter who enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into meaningful insights? Join a team where impact is driven by curiosity and purpose.
