WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Develop and maintain software for embedded platforms.
Support board bring‑up and test of products.
Execute debugging software in the lab.
Perform synthesis, implementation, and timing analysis.
YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS AS SENIOR EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER I:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent discipline with 5–8 years of experience
Experience in embedded software engineering
TS/SCI security clearance
THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:
Familiarity with VxWorks, RTEMS, or ThreadX
Experience with C/C++
Experience with interfaces, timing, and communications protocols
Familiarity with C/C++, Python, and MATLAB.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, operate computer keyboard and controls, and communicate verbally and in writing
Must be physically able to commute to buildings
