Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience building, automating, and developing distributed systems from the ground up. Experience working in infrastructure, systems engineering, SRE, production operations, or cloud environment.
Responsibilities Scope, plan, and deliver critical workstreams within the PSS reliability program, translating ambiguous program goals into structured, executable project plans. Partner with and influence executive SWE/SRE Pillar Stewards and cross-product area cross-functional teams (Core Risk, SRE, PARM) to drive accountability and prioritize critical risk remediations. Author and deliver persuasive progress reports and risk burn-down metrics for PSS Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Core executive reviews. Assess developer burden and determine if existing infrastructure/technologies can be leveraged for implementation. Advocate for the technical/operational importance of reliability by articulating the impact of potential outages. Establish and own the tracking and governance framework to monitor risk remediation progress, manage complex dependencies, and negotiate conflicting priorities.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
