The successful candidate must have networking experience and a proven track record of outstanding customer service and technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure, computer hardware and software, telecommunications and audio/video equipment, and specialized court technology systems. The role requires the ability to work directly with judges, special masters, chambers personnel, and court staff to support technological needs in chambers, courtrooms, and remote work environments. Strong follow-through, teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality work are essential. IT experience in federal courts, law firms, or other legal environments is highly desirable, as is training in or a working knowledge of the following areas: Cisco network equipment Windows server operating systems Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive Other areas relevant to the position Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Install, configure, and support network hardware. Perform troubleshooting, system maintenance, and support for Cisco and Microsoft infrastructure systems. Analyze and research procurement needs relating to the purchase of Cisco and Microsoft systems Create and maintain systems documentation. Recommend, schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems. Perform IT Security related duties including vulnerability scanning, security assessments, and IT security policy development. Perform other related duties as required. Candidates with certifications from Microsoft and Cisco are strongly preferred.
