• Comprehensive project planning and coordination;
• Management of budgets, schedules, and contracts;
• Coordinating with professionals and subcontractors;
• Administrative and financial monitoring of projects;
• Managing changes and cost overruns;
• Collaborating with site supervisors and the estimating team;
• All other related tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
• 5 to 7 years of experience with a general contractor (required);
• Project management experience with projects ranging from $500,000 to $8,000,000;
• Experience with public (SEAO) and/or private projects;
• Project types: institutional, commercial, new construction, major renovations;
• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or civil engineering, or a college diploma in architecture or equivalent training;
• Knowledge of Procore and Maestro;
• Member of the OIQ (a plus);
• Bilingual in French and English (a plus).
